For leaders who feel the urgency of now
You’ve reached the top, but see another, more resonant mountain across the valley
- the success you’ve chased is no longer who you are.
You’ve been hit by a truth you can’t unsee
- whether it came quietly, or all at once, the message was clear. It’s time to change.
The world can’t wait for you any longer.
Systems are straining, stakes are rising, your team is filled with anxiety,
malaise and overwhelm and the moment needs you. Now.
THIS SH*T IS HARD
Because the purpose which calls us is different from the success we’ve chased.
Because compassion and experience is better than advice - but it’s harder to find.
Because your wisdom and intuition will be activated by your peers.
Because authentic community is hard to find.
The experience
Expect deep conversation, the unfiltered truth of your peers’ experience, unstructured time in nature, and soulful evenings under the stars.
All curated for real insight, restoration, emergence, and action. All meals prepared by a private chef using local and foraged ingredients.

Clarity AMIDST CHAOS
Compassion and Candor
The space to hear what’s true and say what matters.
Purposeful Pause
Step back, slow down — so you can step up.
From Burnout to blueprint
Inspired co-creation around leadership, personal and professional development, team dynamics, and embracing the unknown.
