Meet Punks & Pinstripes Board member, Lisa Wardlaw

Lisa Wardlaw Speaking on Stage
“The truth is that transformation becomes possible once one executive finds another who’s willing to fight through the obstructionism that killed everyone else who tried to catalyze change before. Every other innovation and transformation strategy is mostly a distraction.”
Lisa Wardlaw
@Lisa Wardlaw beautifully encapsulated why @punks and Pinstripes exists during our #Atlanta member’s dinner the other night. This is why executive change agents need @punks and pinstripes.
#Transformation and #Innovation “thought leadership” as it’s taught in @Harvard Business Review, or by @Thinkers 50 #academics is almost completely unusable and in some cases counterproductive for the executives in the trenches. Because their existence is an incessant pressure cooker of earnings pressure, insatiable investors, C-Suite power politics, and incredible talent that’s constantly weighing their options to stay or leave. It’s not discovery driven planning, or 3-horizon innovation, or disruption theory. Not. At. All.
@punks and pinstripes offers something different: the solidarity and strategy of other leaders who’ve built breakthroughs in the pressure-cooker of real life leadership. Whose greatest joy comes from helping someone else who’s a likeminded rebel.  People like @Lisa Wardlaw @Nyla Beth Gawel @Rick Kreifeldt @Sean Gilfillan.
That’s why @punks and pinstripes exists. We’re the rebels in the boardroom. It’s harder to fight for change than to settle for stagnation. We do it anyway.
If this sounds like something you need, then you should apply.
